Understanding Your Insurance
A provider for many insurance companies (see list below), Dr. Stormberg makes every effort to assist patients with their insurance companies. It is always a good idea for patients to call the 800 number on their insurance cards to better understand their mental health benefits such as deductibles, coinsurance, co-payments, pre-authorization, limitations, and other critical information before starting treatment. Dr Stormberg does offer a free telephone consultation prior to starting services to answer any questions people may have. Patients who prefer to pay cash are welcome and patients needing sliding fee arrangements should talk with Dr. Stormberg.
