Understanding Your Insurance

A provider for many insurance companies (see list below), Dr. Stormberg makes every effort to assist patients with their insurance companies. It is always a good idea for patients to call the 800 number on their insurance cards to better understand their mental health benefits such as deductibles, coinsurance, co-payments, pre-authorization, limitations, and other critical information before starting treatment. Dr. Stormberg does offer a free telephone consultation prior to starting services to answer any questions people may have. Patients who prefer to pay cash are welcome, and patients needing sliding-fee arrangements should talk with Dr. Stormberg.
